Q: Can I bring a friend?

A: Absolutely! Some therapies like the sauna are two-seater, and we encourage sharing the experience. Everything is more fun with friends!

Salt Therapy (Halotherapy)

Q: What does a salt room session feel like?

A: Relax in a comfortable chair while microscopic salt particles circulate in the air. Most people find it calming, like a deep breath at the beach.

Q: How long is a salt room session?

A: Sessions last 50 minutes and run every hour on the hour.

Q: Are there any health restrictions?

A: Salt therapy is safe for most people. Please consult your doctor if you have a serious respiratory condition or other medical concerns.

Infrared Sauna

Q: How hot does the sauna get?

A: Our infrared sauna warms your body from the inside out at 120–150°F — gentler than a traditional sauna but deeply effective.

Q: How long is a session?

A: 30 or 50 minutes, depending on your booking.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Light, breathable clothing or a bathing suit. Towels are provided.

Quantum Frequency Bed & Infinity Mat

Q: What is the Quantum Frequency Bed?

A: It’s a therapeutic bed that uses sound and frequency to help align your body’s energy, reduce stress, and support healing.

Q: What is the Infinity Mat?

A: The mat combines PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field), infrared heat, and crystals to encourage relaxation, recovery, and balance.

Memberships & Session Packs

Q: Do sessions roll over if I don’t use them?

A: Membership sessions reset monthly and do not roll over. They are not transferrable to a friend or family member.

Q: How long do session packs last?

A: Packs expire in 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?

A: Yes, memberships can be canceled anytime with 30 days’ notice.

A: Yes, you can either sign the waiver from home, or sign when you arrive! Signing at home will make your session more streamlined.
