Policies

We honor your time, energy, and commitment, as well as the sacredness of our healing space. These policies are here to create clarity, respect, and balance for all. By booking a service or purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following:


Shop Purchases (Crystals, Salt Lamps & Other Items)

All Sales Are Final: All items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Product Variations: Crystals, salt lamps, and other natural items may vary in shape, size, and color. These variations are natural and not considered defects.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address it.


Services (Energy Sessions, Salt Room, Quantum Bed, Sauna, Infinity Mat, classes, events, etc)

Booking & Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Cancellations

To cancel without penalty, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the time of other clients. Full payment is still required.

Group Events & Private Bookings

Minimum Requirement: Privately booked group events require a minimum of 5 participants.

Organizer Responsibility: If the minimum is not met (including due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows), the organizer is responsible for payment of the full amount.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold the booking date.


Space Guidelines

Our space is sacred, calm, and energetically attuned for healing. Please honor the following:

No Perfume or Strong Fragrances: To maintain a clean, clear, and safe environment, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or strongly scented products.

Shoes Off: Shoes must be removed before entering the healing space. You are welcome to bring socks or indoor slippers.

Phones Silent: Please silence your phone and avoid use during your session.

Respectful Conduct: Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service.


Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell (cold, flu, contagious illness), please reschedule your appointment for the well-being of all.

Services offered are not a replacement for medical or psychological care.

Always consult with your healthcare provider for medical concerns.


Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information and details shared in sessions are kept strictly confidential.

Your email and contact information will only be used for communication related to your bookings or, with your consent, for receiving updates and newsletters.
